Outlook Express Store Folder is the repository of all data including mail folders, messages, subscribed newsgroups, Hotmail folders and local IMAP. But, if the folder is corrupt, unexpected application behavior may be observed like Outlook Express may fail to open, DBX folders may not appear in the Local Folders list or certain issues may be seen while receiving or sending mails. It will lead to Outlook Express Recovery.
